Eduardo Castillo trained as a carpenter with his
father before becoming an architect.
In 2000 he graduated from the Catholic University of Chile and in 2005 got a Phd in architecture and urban studies.
His works have been published and exhibited in Germany, China, Spain, England, Italy, Japan and Mexico among other countries.
He has been invited to lectures and events in several international Universities of Architecture. He worked together for 10 years with Smilján Radic, for 3 years with Germán del Sol and 3 years with Teodoro Fernández. He has been an invited professor at the Architecture School of the University of Talca, and at the Catholic University of Chile, in Santigo, Chile among others.
Eduardo Castillo now has his own office in Valdivia, Región de los Ríos, Chile.
