Born in Mendrsio in 1989, Hermes studied architecture at the Fedral Polythechnic of Zurich ETH and at the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture, where he graduated in 2015 with Valerio Olgiati. He wroked from 2012 to 2017 for the study of Christian Kerez, as a designer for international competitions. From 2017 to 2018 he taught design as a teacher at the Federal Polytechnic of Zurich.
