This call aims to place Logroño at the centre of the city’s future.
Together with Logroño’s International Architecture and Design Festival 'Concentrico', we are developing a practical and theoretical programme which will become a laboratory for the innovation of new ideas, tools and formats.

The proposal is to rethink a central urban environment of the city with a 10-year perspective: a strategic thinking for that area to be developed within a 10-year time frame.

The five teams selected in the first phase – with a prize of €1500 per team, in addition to the final winner’s fees – will have to design and plan the actions they would develop to progressively transform the public spaces of Beti Jai Street / Duquesa de la Victoria Street / Glorieta Park integrating the social, physical and aesthetic spheres in their methodology.
